Google API Access & User ControlAccess to Google Business Profile data is granted through Google OAuth authorization.
Trivqon only accesses listings that you own or manage.You may revoke Trivqon’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.4. AI Usage & AutomationTrivqon uses AI to generate suggested replies to reviews.Replies can be manually reviewed and approved by the userOr automatically posted only if the user explicitly enables auto-replyUsers remain in full control of whether replies are posted automatically.5. Data SharingWe do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except:Google APIs (only as required to read and post reviews)Infrastructure providers required to operate the service (e.g. hosting, databases)All data sharing is strictly limited to service functionality.6.
